Challenge

Create a flagship digital experience to launch Samsung's latest phone range. 

​

Solution

I helped create a global hub, supporting initial UX research, crafting content solutions, and tailoring copy for every touchpoint. ​​​​​​​​​​​​

​​Initial research 

​​User research revealed that our audience's primary need was a hands-on experience. Samsung's stores were shut due to the pandemic, so we centred the experience around an animation which mimicked a live demo.

​Content optimisation

Copy lengths were optimised for readability and to reduce cognitive load in a visually noisy environment. I carefully balanced Samsung's brand voice with an energetic tone.

​Trust and testing

I suggested content elements to instil trust. These included expert reviews which we carefully curated following split testing. ​

Navigation and loading screens​

I even added tonal touches to loading screens and carefully crafted eyebrows to aid navigation.
