Initial research
User and customer research revealed that our audience found most personal computing ranges confusing. They told us it difficult to tell products apart and make a choice from a range.

We built our experience around choice. In collaboration with stakeholders, I defined project messaging around personas and suggested elements of the page to differentiate each model.

Through careful taxonomy, I was able to categorise features and produce comparative content to make choosing a model easier. ​
